Role OverviewMaintains a caseload of 35 clients/families, establishes professional relationships with families, and facilitates the early intervention process. Works with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop individualized family service plans (IFSPs).
What You Will Do
Monitor and evaluate IFSPs, support clients/families with local resources, participate in interagency meetings, and assist with transition to Part B services. Provide linkage, referral, advocacy, service planning, and crisis support as needed.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience working with infants and toddlers or children with disabilities. Must be willing to travel and perform other duties as designated.
