Role OverviewThe Rollins facilitator is a key member of the implementation team responsible for driving the transformation of language and literacy practices across the continuum, birth-to-grade 5. Facilitators provide professional development, coaching, modeling, and consultation to strengthen instructional quality and assessment practices to leaders and educators, ensuring tiered instruction and interventions are effectively implemented.
What You Will Do
The Language and Literacy Instructional Facilitator directly supports district leaders, directors, teachers, and all child-facing adults in Birth to Pre K settings to strengthen language and literacy instruction through a cohesive coaching ecosystem that supports adult learning and sustainable practice.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Adult Learning, or related field
- 10+ years of prior work-related experience in K-5 educational programs and/or programs for language and literacy
- Experience with implementing data-driven instruction methods and progress monitoring of child outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills
- Action-oriented, collaborative, flexible, and innovative approach to coaching and mentoring
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to understand the comprehensive language and literacy issues of young children in a variety of settings
