Role OverviewThe Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position on our Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) team will have the opportunity to help develop and scale a best-in-class Early Intervention program for ages 0-3. This position provides critical therapeutic support for children that have identified delays through the ESIT program.
What You Will Do
Evaluates, assesses, and provides speech therapy to children ages 0-3, collaborates with the Early Intervention team, and maintains documentation of case records.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, licensed by Washington State
- Experience working with children ages 0-3
- Experience interacting with diverse populations
- Pass a portable background check through Department of Early Learning
- Pass a tuberculosis (TB) test or have negative test within 12 months prior to hire
- Current in Pediatric/Adult CPR, first aid, and AED, HIV, and bloodborne pathogens
- Valid driver's license and a favorable driving record, with no more than three violations within the past three years
