Role Overview

The East Coast Hub & Commercialization Executive Operations Manager serves as a trusted operational and administrative partner to the Chief Global Commercialization Officer (CGCO) and the eCLT while leading day-to-day operation of Revolution Medicines' East Coast office in Plainsboro, NJ. This role provides executive support, oversees site operations, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, foster site-wide alignment and co-create an exceptional employee experience with senior leaders.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include: As the operations partner/lead administrative support to the CGCO, this role enables leadership effectiveness through proactive coordination, executive support, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage the CGCO's complex global calendar, strategically balancing competing priorities, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring executive readiness across global time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience providing executive support to senior leaders and/or leading workplace operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives and leadership teams within a matrixed global organization, including complex global calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.
  • Experience with setting up and managing brand new office operations, workplace services, facilities vendors, or corporate office environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities, exercise sound judgment and discretion, anticipate needs, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to drive execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across functions, levels, and external partners.
  • Able to handle highly confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
