Role OverviewAssist the credit union in achieving its mission statement by gaining knowledge and experience in preparation for a career in management under the direction of experienced personnel. Requires a working knowledge of all Credit Union Departments and understanding how they relate to the successful operation of the Credit Union.
What You Will Do
Observe employees to elevate personal knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for successful performance of essential duties and responsibilities in varying credit union departments. Assist members and employees as needed, and assume the responsibility of a Branch Manager, Vault Teller, or Experience Specialist as needed.

Requirements
- Two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification in a similar or related field
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- Two years' experience in a leadership level position in a similar or related field (preferred)
