Job Description
We are seeking an eCommerce Digital Content Supervisor to support the execution of onsite marketing content in alignment with campaigns, promotions, and business goals. This role will work closely with the eCommerce Digital Content Manager and cross-functional partners to build, publish, and optimize content that enhances user engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital content production, ecommerce, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems
  • Working knowledge of digital content best practices and UX principles
  • Strong execution and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Technology and CMS fluency
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
