Job Description
The eCommerce Senior Manager of Product Discovery will lead the strategy and execution of product discovery across CITY Furniture's digital ecosystem. This role owns the vision and operational rigor behind product data architecture, product models, and enrichment across CITY Furniture, ensuring product data is accurate, scalable, and optimized to power browse, search, filters, recommendations, and emerging AI-driven discovery experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, UX, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6–8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital product, merchandising, or discovery-related roles
  • Prior experience owning browse, search, filters, or onsite discovery strategies
