Job Description
The EcoShield Waste Fleet Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager with daily supervision and operations, manage terminal activities, and maintain attendance and time off records.

Requirements

  • Able to report to office daily in Okeechobee, FL
  • Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish is preferable
  • Professional attitude
  • Computer competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Strong verbal/written communications
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude
  • Organizational skills for planning, decision-making and executing with excellence
  • Skilled in developing standards and process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and work within a team structure
