Requirements
- Qualify as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Lead within the state of Colorado
- Provide credentials (PDIS Level 2, CDA or etc.)
- Have positive work ethic
- Previous childcare experience is required
- Meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines
- Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
- Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
- Have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies
