Job Description
The ECVC & IP Event Coordinator position supports the planning and execution of client events and business development initiatives for the firm’s West Coast offices. This role combines hands-on event coordination with strategic business development support to enhance client engagement, strengthen market visibility, and support attorney relationship-building efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in event planning, marketing, or business development experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work confidently and professionally with attorneys, clients, executives, and external partners
