Job Description
DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is seeking a Communication Specialist to staff the Communication Center in the emergency department at Detroit Receiving Hospital. The Communication Center will centralize and streamline communication between DMI hospital sites and the surrounding area, expediting incoming patient transfers and communicating patient condition prior to arrival.
Requirements
High School graduation or equivalent
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
State of Michigan license for Emergency Medical Technician
One or two years experience as EMT, preferred
Dispatch certification recommended
