Edge Connectivity Specialist 1

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise office networks, branch connectivity, or wireless environments
• Exposure to public cloud networking in Azure and/or AWS
• Familiarity with firewall administration or network security concepts
• Experience with network monitoring or ticketing tools
• Associate- or entry-level networking certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in network support, infrastructure support, or related connectivity operations
• Foundational understanding of TCP/IP networking, switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN concepts
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, wireless networking, and enterprise WAN connectivity
• Familiarity with standard IT service management processes, including incident, request, and change management
• Ability to follow technical documentation, standards, and runbooks
• Strong troubleshooting aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
