The position supports day-to-day operations of enterprise connectivity services, including office LAN/WAN, wireless, remote site connectivity, and edge connectivity between sites and datacenters.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting enterprise office networks, branch connectivity, or wireless environments
  • Exposure to public cloud networking in Azure and/or AWS
  • Familiarity with firewall administration or network security concepts
  • Experience with network monitoring or ticketing tools
  • Associate- or entry-level networking certification (CCNA, Network+, Fortinet NSE, Aruba, Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent)
