Job Description
Edge Connectivity Specialist 1 will support day-to-day operations of enterprise connectivity services, including office LAN/WAN, wireless, remote site connectivity, and edge connectivity between sites and datacenters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in network support, infrastructure support, or related connectivity operations.
  • Foundational understanding of TCP/IP networking, switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of firewalls, wireless networking, and enterprise WAN connectivity.
  • Familiarity with standard IT service management processes, including incident, request, and change management.
  • Ability to follow technical documentation, standards, and runbooks.
  • Strong troubleshooting aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
