Job Description
As an Edge Connectivity Specialist 2, you will independently support enterprise connectivity services and troubleshoot complex network incidents. You will implement approved changes to switches, routers, and firewalls, and support connectivity between office environments, private cloud, datacenters, and public cloud services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, connectivity operations, or enterprise infrastructure support
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN, office networking, and wireless environments
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, WAN technologies, VPNs, and firewall administration
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues across multiple domains and dependencies
  • Familiarity with change management, incident management, and operational governance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
