Job Description
Vibrant Ingredients is a leading provider of natural, clean label ingredients and systems that power extraordinary food and beverage experiences. We are seeking an EDI Coordinator to manage the electronic exchange of critical business data between Vibrant and our customers and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Manage and monitor EDI transactions (purchase orders, invoices, ASNs, acknowledgements)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors and data discrepancies
  • Support onboarding and integration of new customers and suppliers
  • Maintain EDI mappings, configurations, and partner requirements
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams
