Job Description
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate Education and Outreach Specialist to join their One Community team in the South Central Region of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience with the unhomed population and/or community-based experience, and be comfortable traveling to surrounding counties. The role involves attending community events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires a high school diploma or GED.
