Duke Health seeks an Education Coordinator-Supply Chain to provide expert consultation, analysis, facilitation, research, and project management in all areas related to the education, training, and development of employees within a Duke department or organization.

Requirements

  • Develop an education, training, and development model
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine education, training, and development priorities
  • Design, conduct, and/or broker the delivery of training programs
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training and development programs
  • Manage all aspects of the department's Tuition Assistance Program
