Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Education Director to lead several of our locations at Beanstalk Academy in Brooklyn, NY. As an Education Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our early childhood education centers, including facilities management, staffing management, program administration, and parental communication and involvement.

Create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand, grow our education program, hire and develop a team of 'Best In Class' educators, and partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.

Requirements
- NYS Certification for Early Childhood Education Birth to Grade 2
- F07 and S95 (Required or willing to obtain them upon hire)
- Student Building Leadership/Student District Leadership Certification (Preferred)
- Two years or more of teaching and supervising experience in a similar position
