Role OverviewThe Education Faculty member will teach graduate courses in educational leadership and school leader preparation, both online and in-person. The position also includes teaching selected in-person undergraduate courses aligned with the candidate's qualifications and departmental needs. The faculty member will be expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching, an active stream of relevant research and publication, and a deep commitment to engaging students beyond the classroom.
What You Will Do
The faculty member will typically teach 24 semester hours per academic year, grow in Reformed Christian commitment, pursue an active scholarly agenda, and serve the university, department, students, and the wider community.

Requirements
- PhD or EdD in educational leadership or a related field
