Job Description
Join the Arkansas Department of Education where each student is recognized as an individual. The Education Specialist I (Fine Arts) provides statewide leadership and support to advance high-quality, standards-based fine arts education across Arkansas public schools.
Requirements
Lead the development, revision, and implementation of the Arkansas Fine Arts Standards and accompanying instructional resources.
Provide statewide professional learning and technical assistance to educators, administrators, and education service cooperatives on effective fine arts instruction and arts integration.
Support districts in implementing standards-based instruction, assessment practices, and curriculum alignment in fine arts programs.
