Role OverviewThe Education Program Coordinator, Convention, will support the planning and execution of Education convention planning, focusing on two large-scale conventions annually. Responsibilities include working with faculty and course advisors, organizing attendee and speaker materials, and communicating with speakers and support staff. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
What You Will Do
You will support the planning and execution of AAJ Education convention programming, develop and maintain records tracking systems, and conduct post-program follow-up. You will also provide onsite administration of continuing legal education programs and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- BA/BS required
- Two to three years of work experience in an office, non-profit, or association setting preferred
- Experience working in the legal field or with legal professionals a plus
- Strong organizational skills and proven experience with completing projects on tight deadlines and within budget
- Efficiency and attention to detail absolutely necessary
- Experience proofreading preferred
- Computer literacy, including proficiency using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and database programs (such as Netforum) required
