Job Description
The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is seeking an Education Program Specialist - Dispute Resolution to oversee and enhance the quality of education for Ohio's 1.7 million students. The position will investigate IDEA formal complaints, provide technical assistance, and develop corrective action plans.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in legal and/or analytical writing
  • Direct or administrative experience dealing with Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) related rules, policies, and procedures
  • Analysis of documents and records, and in conducting investigatory interviews
