Job Description
The Education Program Specialist position involves providing internal and external implementation support on instruction, leadership, Ohio's Learning Standards, and high-quality instructional materials. The role requires collaboration with internal colleagues, regional partners, and state organizations to implement coherent, standards-aligned instruction and provide support to teacher networks, administrators, and superintendents.

Requirements

  • 6 years' experience in a K-12 leadership role, educational program or service
  • Current valid driver's license or ability to secure transportation when travel is required
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
  • Education in education or a related field (not specified as required)
