Job Description
Cross Country is looking for an Education Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build relationships with candidates, and provide excellent customer service while meeting the goals and needs of field personnel.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Review resumes and applications, conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Evaluate skills, experience, and behavioral traits
  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles to hiring managers and clients
  • Convert recruits to working candidates
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with candidates
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and clients
  • Maintain regular contact with placed candidates
  • Provide guidance to clients on staffing trends
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
  • Consistently achieve performance targets
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients
  • Work closely with hiring managers and account managers
  • Regularly communicate with clients
  • Offer strategic recommendations to clients
  • Promote the company's employer brand
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events
  • Negotiate pay rates with field staff
  • Ensure candidate files are complete and compliant with credentialing requirements
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
