Role Overview

The Education Strategy & Success Manager will lead the success strategy of schools, contributing to transforming education by combining customer management, educational consulting, data analysis, and strategy development. The role involves working directly with school directors and academic coordinators to understand their context, identify challenges and opportunities, and define strategies that drive the success of each account.

What You Will Do

The Education Strategy & Success Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of schools, working directly with their directors and academic coordinators to understand their context, identify challenges and opportunities, and define strategies that drive the success of each account. The role involves strategy and account management, stakeholder management, implementation and educational impact, data, KPIs, and continuous improvement, and retention and growth.
