Job Description
The Education & Training Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering effective training and professional development programs to enhance skills, performance, and compliance of sales associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, education, or a related role
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners
  • Experience working in a regulated environment or managing compliance-related training is preferred
  • Valid real estate and broker’s license may be required
