The Educational Consultant will strategically set the vision for high-impact instruction, design and develop instructional materials, ensure high-quality instructional management plans, and actively monitor progress of partners through onsite coaching and data analysis.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional leadership and coaching
- Expertise in English Language Arts (ELA) and literacy

- Ability to work in a remote setting with occasional on-site travel
