Job Description
We are looking for an Educator to join our team at lululemon in Annapolis. The Educator is responsible for creating a world-class customer service experience, providing technical product education, and engaging with guests to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. Key responsibilities include interacting with guests, assessing their needs, and providing customized solutions. The Educator must also be able to work collaboratively with team members and adhere to company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
  • Willingness to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work
  • Willingness to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently
