Role OverviewThe EEO and RA Manager will oversee the implementation of the New York City Equal Employment Opportunity Policy within the Department of Veterans' Services (DVS). The EEO Officer will promote equal employment opportunities, assist employees and managers with EEO-related matters, coordinate reasonable accommodation requests, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and help ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
What You Will Do
The EEO Officer's primary responsibilities will include developing and managing DVS's EEO policies, procedures, and compliance programs, responding to internal EEO inquiries and complaints, facilitating informal resolution of workplace concerns, and preparing and submitting required EEO and compliance reports.

Requirements
