Role OverviewThe Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) seeks a full-time Agency Attorney Level III in the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office. The successful candidate will conduct investigations of complex EEO violations, conduct interviews, gather documents, and prepare written summaries. The candidate will also research EEO law, conduct compliance inspections, and assist in the development of EEO statistics and reports.

Requirements
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar
- Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
- One year of experience at Assignment Level (AL) I or two years of comparable legal experience subsequent to admission to the bar, in the areas of law related to the assignment
- Two years of experience in Assignment Levels I and/or II or three years of comparable legal experience subsequent to admission to the bar, in the areas of law related to the assignment
