Job Description
The Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) seeks a full-time Agency Attorney Level III in the Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) Office. The successful candidate will conduct investigations, research legal issues, conduct EEO compliance inspections, and conduct EEO training.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • One year of satisfactory United States legal experience
  • Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne
  • Experience in law related to the assignment
  • Membership in the New York State Bar in good standing
