Job Description
The EEO Contract/Program Coordinator will monitor contractor payrolls for prevailing wage requirements, prompt payment on ODOT-Let projects, and Small Business Enterprise requirements. The role also involves providing excellent work/life balance, paid time off, and regular pay increases.

Requirements

  • 18 months training or experience in interviewing
  • 18 months training or experience in EEO and affirmative action regulations and procedures
  • 12 months training or experience in public relations
  • 6 months training or experience in employee training and development
  • 6 months training or experience in labor relations
  • Ability to provide own transportation
