Job Description
Role Overview

The EEO Program Analyst will analyze, evaluate, and monitor the EEO Programs, practices, policies, and procedures of City agencies for compliance with city, state and federal EEO laws and policies. The role is responsible for conducting audits, providing technical assistance, and advising agency personnel in relevant EEO laws and regulations. The EEO Program Analyst will also represent the EEPC at public hearings and audit-related meetings.

What You Will Do

Typical tasks include examining and evaluating agencies' employment/EEO programs, conducting comprehensive audits, reviewing and analyzing agencies' affirmative action/equal employment opportunity programs, analyzing EEO complaints, and preparing written determinations to support findings/conclusions.

Requirements

  • baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • or high school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • or education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above
