Role OverviewJoin the Cobb Family and Grow With Us! This position is responsible for pick up, delivery, inspection, and sanitation of eggs to ascertain quality and fitness for incubation, inventory and storage of eggs under controlled conditions, and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
What You Will Do
Stores eggs, operates egg sanitizer, grades eggs, places hatching eggs in buggies, packs eggs in cases, loads PS/SS eggs on truck, delivers to front egg room, assists with loading of PS/SS egg racks on truck, monitors hatchery environment, maintains a sanitary environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous agricultural or production experience is preferred. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer
- No additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months
- Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months
- Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days
- Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods
