Role OverviewThe EHS Engineer provides hands-on and technical EHS support for Castelion's Midland manufacturing and test operations. This is a highly field-oriented role responsible for both the day-to-day execution of EHS programs and the technical evaluation of operational risk.
What You Will Do
Provide daily, hands-on EHS support for manufacturing, mix and cast, test, maintenance, and facility operations. Identify and evaluate workplace and process hazards and partner with engineering and operations teams to develop practical controls.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational safety, environmental health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of EHS, safety engineering, manufacturing safety, process safety, or related experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, chemical processing, or other industrial environment.
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and common industrial EHS programs.
- Experience conducting hazard assessments, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action management.
