Job Description
The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining programs that protect the health and safety of employees and the environment while ensuring compliance with all Tenneco EHS policies and federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Directs and promotes the safety, environmental and health programs for the El Paso and Exton facility to ensure compliance with governmental regulation and corporate policy.
  • Performs regular daily walks on the production floor to observe and correct EHS concerns or issues.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices.
