Role OverviewThe EHS Manager is responsible for leading Environmental, Health & Safety mobilization activities during the pre-construction, mobilization, site establishment, and early execution phases of large-scale data center construction projects.
What You Will Do
The role involves leading EHS mobilization activities, developing and executing project-specific EHS Mobilization Plans, and verifying EHS deliverables are completed prior to commencement of work.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7+ years of construction EHS experience
- Experience supporting large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects
- Demonstrated success leading project mobilization and contractor readiness programs
- Strong understanding of construction risk management and EHS management systems
- Certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or CRSP
