What You Will Do
Develop safety and operational training videos, create supporting training materials, support EHS initiatives, and assist with creating and updating standard work instructions and procedures.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Safety, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Must have completed sophomore year
- Video editing experience with Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar software preferred
- Basic video production experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
- Interest in manufacturing, safety, engineering, or continuous improvement
