Job Description
HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an EHS Specialist to support environmental, health, and safety operations at a high-purity chemical manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing EHS programs, and promoting a safe working environment across plant operations.

Requirements

  • Support and enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations
  • Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and support compliance reporting
  • Provide EHS training and safety education to employees
  • Maintain accurate EHS documentation, records, and reporting systems
  • Support hazardous waste management and vendor coordination
  • Assist with emergency response planning and drills
  • Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing compliance and safety improvements
