Role OverviewArcadis is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join our Digital EHS&S Team as an Implementation Specialist Consultant focusing on the Cority EHS software. This team advises and assists clients with deployment of enterprise EHS&S software solutions. The role involves working with project teams to gather Occupational Health related business requirements and configure, test, and roll out EHS&S software tools.
What You Will Do
Work as part of teams that lead clients through the lifecycle of EHS&S software configuration and deployment, focusing on Occupational Health. This includes understanding and documenting client needs in design specifications, supporting configuration teams, conducting system testing, and executing system integration and data migration plans. Serve in a configuration and deployment role, providing strategic advice on best practices for system design and configuration.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. The role offers a salary range of $75,240 - $125,400, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid parental leave, and 15 days PTO.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working within and configuring EHS&S software solutions with a strong focus on Occupational Health modules and processes
- 3+ years of experience working with the Cority EHS software system
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with some of the following Occupational Health domains: medical surveillance, exposure monitoring, incident/illness management, occupational hygiene, fitness for duty, health risk assessments, case management, wellness programs, and compliance data management related to occupational health
