Role OverviewThe Global Product Training Strategist helps shape how global commercial and retail sales teams learn about products, competitive position, and evolving solutions. This hands-on corporate learning role combines instructional design, business writing, event planning, learning-system administration, and continuous improvement. The role offers meaningful ownership and the opportunity to recommend new ideas, strengthen existing programs, and help move approved improvements from concept through implementation.
What You Will Do
Create Global Brand and Product Content, Plan and Deliver Training Events, In-Person and Virtual, Manage Learning Systems, Reporting, and Localization, Improve How We Develop and Deliver Learning, Manage Projects and Stakeholder Collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, communications, business, education, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in corporate learning and development, product training, sales enablement, instructional design, or a related business environment
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing learning content using instructional design and adult-learning principles, including e-learning courses, video scripts, job aids, and competitive comparisons
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to organize complex, technical, or detailed information clearly and logically for global audiences with varying levels of English-language proficiency
- Experience planning and executing engaging, interactive, large-scale in-person training events involving multiple presenters, stakeholders, and logistical components
- Experience administering a learning management system and producing or hosting webinars
- Experience coordinating translation or localization projects
- Strong project-management skills: establishing timelines, coordinating resources, anticipating risks, and moving multiple projects forward simultaneously with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, identify improvement opportunities, and help move approved initiatives from concept through implementation
