Role OverviewJackson Walker has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Electric and Environmental Regulatory Paralegal in our Austin office. The Electric and Environmental Regulatory Paralegal provides legal and administrative support to attorneys in all phases of electric and environmental regulatory permitting, compliance, and litigation matters.
What You Will Do
Assist with the preparation and compilation of complex regulatory applications, draft discovery requests, coordinate depositions, and assist attorneys during hearings.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Paralegal certification
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant paralegal experience in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, litigation processes, and regulatory procedures
- Experience with e-filing systems and regulatory agency requirements
- Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, Lexis)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
