The EPG Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with customers and technicians to resolve equipment issues, and performing administrative tasks such as opening and processing work orders.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with stressful situations
  • Strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of heavy construction equipment repair
  • Ability to work any shift
