Role OverviewPrestige Fleet Services is expanding into Rivian electric vehicle service and support. We are seeking a highly skilled technician with a strong diesel and automotive background who is ready to transition into EV technology. This role will focus heavily on servicing Rivian fleet vehicles, requiring precision, safety awareness, and a commitment to continuous learning.
What You Will Do
Diagnose, service, and repair Rivian electric vehicles and systems, perform high-voltage system diagnostics and repairs, and follow all Rivian and EV-specific safety protocols.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be willing to complete Rivian and EV certification training upon hire, and have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of diesel and/or automotive repair experience
- Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must supply own tools
- Rivian EV certification (highly preferred)
- Experience working with electric or hybrid vehicles
- Other EV or high-voltage certifications
- Welding or fabrication experience
