Role OverviewInstall wires and electrical components into electrical modules and assemblies per engineering drawings and specifications. Perform electrical continuity checks, operational tests per engineering and manufacturer’s instructions.
What You Will Do
Fabricate, assemble, repair, modify, test, operate and troubleshoot avionics/electrical modules, components, and wire harnesses. Mark wires, assemble lays-up, terminate (crimp and solder) to engineering schematic specifications.
Why It Might Be a Fit
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years’ related Aircraft Electronics/Avionics experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Formal soldering training preferred or demonstrates acceptable performance.
