Job Description
The Electrical Assistant Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects and tasks as directed by the Project Manager, interacting with internal support staff and external stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and vendors, to facilitate project-related activities.

Requirements

  • Plan and prepare contract administration for assigned projects.
  • Execute and direct project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager, Project Manager, General Superintendent, and Human Resources Department.
  • Review project documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Direct construction activities and resolve construction difficulties.
  • Coordinate field installations and project closings.
  • Ensure all work conforms to quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
