Role OverviewAs Electrical Business Class Leader, you'll take responsibility for operations of the electrical business class, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support. You'll work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts. You'll be involved in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews, and directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issues.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include taking administrative responsibility for business class staff and technical service functions, leading and coordinating services with other business classes, and implementing, monitoring, and supporting company policy. You'll also be responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing technical personnel, and working cooperatively with area operations, marketing, and project management.
