Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee industrial and commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Louisville area. This role will manage projects from preconstruction and contract award through field execution, commissioning, and final closeout while maintaining control of schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, safety, quality, and client expectations.
What You Will Do
Manage industrial and commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout, develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, procurement strategies, and execution plans.

Requirements
- 3+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing industrial and commercial electrical construction projects
- Previous experience with an electrical contractor or electrical subcontractor strongly preferred
- Experience with manufacturing, industrial, automotive, commercial, institutional, or electrical service projects preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, installation sequencing, manpower planning, scheduling, and field operations
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, labor forecasting, procurement, subcontractors, change orders, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation
- Experience coordinating electricians, field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors, and other stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout the Louisville area
