Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial electrical construction projects throughout the Louisville area. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Will Do
Manage industrial and commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, procurement plans, and manpower projections.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
- Previous experience working for an electrical contractor or electrical subcontractor is required
- Proven experience managing industrial and commercial electrical construction projects from startup through closeout
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, scheduling, labor planning, procurement, and field operations
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, subcontractors, and overall financial performance
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction documents
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, billing, and project documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites throughout the Louisville area
